Our goods department is open from 8.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am – 3.30 pm on Friday to receive parcels sent in advance.
If you are bringing materials on the day these should be brought into the University via the Goods Entrance only. Access on the day via the Goods Entrance is from 8.00am. If you are using Sat Nav please use the postcode S1 2LW, the Howard Pub, which is at the bottom of Surrey Lane, which takes you to the Goods Entrance. Please note that you should approach the Howard Pub from Sheaf Street turning into Harmer Lane and then Pond Street and right just before the Howard Pub up Surrey Lane. Goods sent in advance and labelled as above will be placed at your stand ready for you on 5 July.
Set up is on Wednesday 5 July from 8.00 am, with take down after the refreshment break (10.30 am – 11.00 am) on Friday 7 July. Materials for return by courier should be securely packaged and clearly labelled with the return address and the name of your courier. Our porters will take them to the Goods Entrance for you. Your courier can collect on Friday afternoon up to 3.30 pm, alternatively on Monday 10 July from 8.00 am.
